3&83 Cruisers celebrate 25th Anniversary

The 3&83 Cruisers celebrated their 25th Anniversary at their annual car show held Sunday, August 11, in Melita’s Central Park.

One hundred and sixty-eight vehicles registered and were on display for the crowd to enjoy.

Those in attendance enjoyed live music by Armadillo as well as a chance to purchase 50/50 tickets, Rainbow Auction tickets and raffle tickets.

Graham Hume was the lucky winner of the 50/50 draw as well as one of the raffle tickets for $250. Diane Swanson won the other raffle ticket draw for $250. The Motor Meltdown competition was won by Rich Hildeband of Shellbrook, SK, who went home with an extra $100 in his pocket.

The Melita Early Learning group supplied a food vendor throughout the day and a beautiful 25th Anniversary cake, made by Val Green, was enjoyed by all.

The 3 & 83 Cruisers organizing committee was very pleased with their annual car show and hope to see everyone back again next year.
